Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payment is required to participate in most coaching services, programs, or cohorts.

Refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and participation policies vary by service and are described on the relevant sales pages and enrollment materials.

Participation in any coaching service or cohort is also governed by a separate Coaching Agreement or Cohort Agreement, which is provided prior to the start of the engagement. In the event of any conflict, the terms of the applicable signed agreement will control.

Participation Expectations

RJ Leadership Coaching LLC reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior is disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with program expectations, in accordance with the applicable agreement.
